Guarantee Clause

1. The equipment manufactured by rihong must be qualified products and meet the functional requirements in the technical requirements agreed by the customer.

2. Zhihong provides one-year free quality warranty period for the ex-factory equipment and lifelong maintenance. The equipment or parts damaged due to quality will be replaced and repaired free of charge during the warranty period.

3. Natural disasters or man-made damage are not covered by the warranty.

4. Zero component cost will be charged for normal maintenance after the warranty period.

5. Outside shenzhen, local distributors or branches will provide after-sales service and door-to-door service. If there are special requirements, the head office will pay the transportation fee, accommodation fee and labor fee.
